Personal Training:

Online or in-person training available, fitness plans, nutrition monitoring and advice, fitness instruction and group work.

Including:

  • Pre and post natal: I am qualified to accept expectant mothers or post-natal ladies,
  • Medical Referral: I am able to work with a variety of medical conditions safely.
  • Weight loss or increased fitness.
  • Weight gain or improved self-perception.
  • Dealing with change.
  • Increasing motivation.
  • Self esteem boosting.
  • Referrals to appropriate others for support as assessed required (NB: I am not affiliated or required to promote any other service. Recommendations would be based solely on my knowledge of your requirements, and my knowledge of existing services).
  • Managing or handling change.
