Who am I?

I have worked for many years as a Probation Officer in the UK, motivating individuals to make and sustain significant changes in their lives, which includes drug and alcohol addictions, anger management, improving self esteem and achieving goals. Further to this I have undertaken NLP and CBT training, and assisted a multitude of people from all walks of life to make and sustain changes in their lives, enabling them to reach their potential. I am a pessimist, who has transformed into an optimist. Trust me, it makes life a lot better. You only have one life, start living it.
In my personal life, I have written and published two books, completed the London Marathon, completed a Half Ironman challenge, learned to play the guitar and speak a second language, written and performed my own songs, and addressed my own personal issues that were holding me back. I changed my life from being stuck in a job I did not enjoy, to living half the year in the French Alps, indulging in my recently-discovered passion for Winter sports. I have been with my partner for eight years, and am happily married. I come from extremely humble beginnings, and believe that there is nothing that should hold you back. Dream, visualise, and achieve. If I can manage it, you certainly can. Allow me to assist you in doing so.
